Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AppConnector, a service operated by GrowMeOrganic LLC (“we”, “us”), handles information when providing integration services to the applications that use it, and when you interact with this website.

1. Our role

AppConnector is integration infrastructure. In most cases we act as a processor (a service provider) on behalf of the application you are using, which is the controller of your data and determines why it is processed. Where we operate this website and respond to your enquiries, we act as a controller.

2. Information we process

  • Connection data. Access tokens, refresh tokens, account and asset identifiers issued by a provider when you authorise a connection.
  • Content you authorise us to move. Records the connected application is configured to read or write — for example contact details submitted through a form, or calendar and spreadsheet entries.
  • Enquiry data. The name, email address and message you submit through our contact form.
  • Technical data. IP address, user agent, timestamps and error diagnostics generated when our systems handle a request.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or to build advertising profiles.

3. Google user data

Where an application connects a Google account through us, we request only the scopes needed for the specific feature you enable, and we access that data only to provide it. Typical uses:

  • Google Calendar — to read availability and to create, update or cancel events you or your application schedule, including generating conferencing links for those events.
  • Google Sheets and Drive — to read from or append to the specific spreadsheets you select for an integration.

Limited Use disclosure

AppConnector’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we do not use Google user data for serving advertising, we do not sell it, we do not transfer it except as necessary to provide or improve the feature you requested, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition, and we do not allow humans to read it except with your explicit consent, for security or abuse investigation, to comply with law, or where the data has been aggregated and de-identified.

We do not retain or use personal information to develop, improve or train generalised artificial intelligence or machine learning models. This includes any user data obtained through third-party APIs, including but not limited to Google Workspace APIs.

You can review and revoke our access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

4. Meta Platform data

Where an application connects a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) account through us, we process only the assets you grant — such as Pages, forms, ad accounts and datasets — in order to retrieve the records you have asked to receive and to report results back to the platform where you have enabled that. We use this data solely to deliver the connected feature, in line with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You can remove our access at any time in your Facebook Business Integrations settings.

5. How we use information

  • To establish and maintain the connections you authorise.
  • To transfer records between a provider and the application you use.
  • To secure the service, prevent abuse, and diagnose faults.
  • To respond to enquiries you send us.
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

6. Sharing

We share information only with:

  • the application you authorised the connection for;
  • the provider you connected, where the integration writes data back;
  • infrastructure vendors that host or transmit data for us, under contract; and
  • authorities, where we are legally required to do so.

7. Retention

Connection credentials are kept while the connection is active and deleted when it is revoked or removed. Content is retained per the instructions of the application that requested it. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security and diagnostics. Enquiry emails are kept as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.

8. Security

Data is transmitted over TLS, credentials are stored in restricted systems, and access is limited to personnel who need it to operate the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact us using the details below. Where we act as a processor for an application, we will refer your request to that application or act on its instructions.

10. Deleting your data

You can have data associated with you removed in either of these ways:

  • Revoke the connection. Remove AppConnector from your Google Account permissions or your Facebook Business Integrations settings. The stored credentials for that connection are deleted.
  • Ask us directly. Send a deletion request through our contact form or to support@appconnector.pro with enough detail to identify the connection. We will confirm once it is done, ordinarily within 30 days, except where we must retain records to comply with law.

11. International transfers

We may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

12. Children

The service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

13. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Any cookie set is strictly necessary to serve the page or to protect a form submission.

14. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above, and where appropriate we will notify the applications that integrate with us.
