Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the AppConnector integration service and this website (the “Service”), operated by GrowMeOrganic LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, or by authorising a connection through it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AppConnector provides integration infrastructure that allows applications to connect to third-party platforms, exchange data and deliver events. It is generally supplied as a component of another application rather than as a standalone product, and it operates according to the instructions of that application and its authorised users.

2. Your responsibilities

  • You must have the authority to connect any account, page, dataset or document you authorise.
  • You must comply with the terms and policies of every platform you connect, including Google and Meta.
  • You must not use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, infringing or unsolicited content.
  • You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the Service.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you route through the Service.

3. Third-party platforms

The Service depends on platforms we do not control. Those platforms may change, restrict or withdraw their interfaces, and may suspend access to your accounts under their own terms. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, availability or content, and a change made by a platform may require us to alter or discontinue a feature.

4. Credentials and access

You are responsible for safeguarding any credentials used with the Service and for activity carried out under them. You may revoke our access at any time through the relevant platform’s settings; doing so will stop the connected feature from working.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it, and may perform maintenance that causes downtime.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, this website and their contents are owned by us or our licensors. These terms grant you no right to our trademarks, branding or software beyond the limited right to use the Service as intended. Data you route through the Service remains yours.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data, arising out of or relating to the Service. Our aggregate liability for all claims is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim, or USD 100.

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, losses and expenses arising from your use of the Service, the data you route through it, or your breach of these terms or of a connected platform’s policies.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if a connected platform requires it, or if continued operation would create legal or security risk. You may stop using the Service and revoke its access at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, United States have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
